Dr. Lori Pottebaum is a 2001 graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences
University in Bloomington, MN. Her practice includes chiropractic care
for the entire family from birth to the golden years. She uses a
diversified approach for individualized patient care. Her treatments
include a variety of chiropractic techniques including hands-on manual
adjustments, activator, flexion-distraction, and applied kinesiology. She utilizes physical therapy modalities such as electric muscle
stimulation, ultrasound and strengthing exercises to engage the
neuromuscular component. She is also certified in acupuncture.
Growing up in Iowa, Dr. Pottebaum began her career training at Iowa
State University. Interested in health and fitness, Dr. Pottebaum
received a B.S. in exercise and sports sciences from the University of
Arizona in 1995. She enjoys working with athletes and remains active as
a certified group fitness instructor. She keeps current in anatomy and
physiology by teaching basic science courses at CenterPoint Masage and
Shiatsu School. Dr. Pottebaum is also an American Heart Association
Certified CPR and First Aid instructor.
